Eligible Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement.
Return Conditions
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Order ID or proof of purchase is required
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
